Volleyball Recap: Golden Sierra's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

Golden Sierra's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against the Woodland Christian Cardinals as Golden Sierra made off with a 3-0 victory.

Golden Sierra never let Woodland Christian on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-22, 25-21.

Golden Sierra's win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-4. As for Woodland Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
