Soccer Recap: Orangeburg-Wilkinson Takes a Loss

Orangeburg-Wilkinson was the 10-0 winner over Bethune-Bowman when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Orangeburg-Wilkinson Bruins came up short against the Bethune-Bowman Mohawks on Thursday, falling 5-2. The Bruins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Orangeburg-Wilkinson's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Bethune-Bowman, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Orangeburg-Wilkinson will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hanahan at 5:30 p.m. on March 20th. As for Bethune-Bowman, they will head out to square off against St. John's on Thursday. The game will give Bethune-Bowman their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
