Recap: Polytechnic Parrots vs. Keene Chargers
The Polytechnic Parrots lost against the Keene Chargers back in November of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Polytechnic took a serious blow against Keene, falling 52-10. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Polytechnic has scored all season.
Lakendra Williams was Polytechnic's leading scorer, having posted five points.
Faith Sanders held things down on the boards with 15 rebounds. Sanders took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with an assist.
Polytechnic's loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 3-6. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 19.9 points per game. As for Keene, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
Polytechnic will be playing in front of their home fans against North Side at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Side is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak. Keene won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Roosevelt at 11:00 a.m. on December 9th.
