Basketball Recap: Great Falls Comes Up Short

After flying high against Richard Winn Academy last Saturday, Great Falls came back down to earth. The Great Falls Red Devils fell 34-27 to the McBee Panthers on Tuesday. The Red Devils were probably out for revenge after losing 45-20 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Great Falls now has a losing record at 4-5. As for McBee, they moved to 3-5 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Great Falls will square off against Lamar at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for McBee, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lee Central at 6:30 p.m. on January 17th.
