Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Salem). Everything went their way against the South Atlanta Hornets on Tuesday as the Salem Seminoles made off with a 7-3 win. Savana Reid was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Salem now has a winning record of 5-4. As for South Atlanta, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Coming up, Salem will head out to take on Alcovy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Alcovy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season. As for South Atlanta, they will host KIPP Atlanta Collegiate at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. South Atlanta will be up against KIPP Atlanta Collegiate's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.29 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
