Centralia won the last time they faced East St. Louis and things went their way on Saturday too. The Orphans walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Flyers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Orphans.

Marley Edson paced Centralia's offense, picking up seven kills. Edson got some help from Rorie Lambert and her nine assists.

Centralia's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for East St. Louis, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Coincidentally, Centralia and East St. Louis will both be playing Hillsboro the next time they take the court. The Flyers will host the Hawks at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Orphans will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
