Volleyball Game Preview: Woodland Wolfpack vs. Newnan Cougars

The Woodland Wolfpack will take on the Newnan Cougars at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Woodland beat Mt. Zion 2-0. The Wolfpack haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Newnan was able to grind out a solid victory over Dutchtown on Tuesday, taking the game 2-0.

Newnan's win came from a few key players Woodland will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Brooklyn Dudley, who had seven aces and three digs. Those seven aces gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Mia West, who had five aces and three digs.

Woodland's win bumped their record up to 20-9. As for Newnan, their victory bumped their record up to 25-12.
