Soccer Game Preview: Evergreen vs. Pullman

The Evergreen Wolverines will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against the Pullman Greyhounds at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Evergreen came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Cedarcrest, falling 8-0.

Meanwhile, Pullman lost 5-1 to Toppenish on Friday.

Evergreen now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Pullman, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2-1.

Evergreen might still be hurting after the 4-1 defeat they got from Pullman when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Can the Wolverines avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
