Volleyball Recap: Nelson County Comes Up Short

Nelson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Lafayette Generals.

Nelson County's loss dropped their record down to 5-20. As for Lafayette, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-12.

Nelson County has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Lexington Christian on the 11th. As for Lafayette, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Highlands on the 11th.
