Volleyball Recap: Mildred Takes Down Overton in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, Mildred rose to the challenge on Thursday. They blew past the Overton Mustangs 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

Mildred never let Overton on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-13, 25-23.

Mildred pushed their record up to 32-9 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home. As for Overton, with the defeat, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 28-12.
