Basketball Game Preview: Western Plains Bobcats vs. Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks

The Western Plains Bobcats are taking a road trip to take on the Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Western Plains is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

Western Plains will bounce into Friday's contest after beating Cheylin, who they had gone 1-6 against in their seven prior meetings. Western Plains snuck past Cheylin with a 45-40 win on Friday.

Meanwhile, Wheatland-Grinnell came into Friday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 48-37 victory over Northern Valley on Friday.

Western Plains' record is now 5-1-1. As for Wheatland-Grinnell, their record is now 4-6.
