Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Tailen Sampson stepped things up a notch to give Northeast the 'W'. Sampson forced one fumble, made ten total tackles, and defended two passes. The performance also marked the most rushing yards (42) he has had since back in August.

Sampson and Northeast will be playing at home against East Laurens at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders are a perfect 5-0 against the Falcons going back to November of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
