Football Recap: Holy Name Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Holy Name and Shawnee squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Holy Name had to settle for second. They took a 19-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians. While losing is never fun, the Green Wave can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 246th, while the Indians are ranked 91st).

Holy Name's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Shawnee, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-3.

Holy Name does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Shawnee, they will venture away from home to challenge Wapakoneta at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians will need to watch out since the Redskins have now posted at least 31 points in their last eight matchups.
