Chesterfield extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Reagan Rivers. The Chesterfield Golden Rams came out on top against the Cheraw Braves by a score of 46-39 on Friday thanks in part to Rivers, who dropped a triple-double with 14 points, 14 boards, and ten blocks. Those ten blocks gave her a new career-high.

Another player making a difference was Trinity Turnage, who posted 12 points. She has been hot recently, having also posted two or more blocks the last three times she's played.

Despite the defeat, Cheraw saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Anyah Banks almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten rebounds. Jaleah Faulkner was another key player, putting up 13 points in addition to eight boards and three steals.

Chesterfield pushed their record up to 9-10 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.8 points. As for Cheraw, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-7.

Chesterfield has already played their next matchup, a 41-20 victory against North Central on the 10th. As for Cheraw, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-30 defeat against Lee Central on the 10th.
