Volleyball Recap: Providence Comes Up Short

Providence suffered their biggest defeat since September 25, 2024 on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Flintridge Sacred Heart Tologs. The Pioneers haven't had much luck with the Tologs recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

While Providence ultimately came up short, they really made Flintridge Sacred Heart work, particularly in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-23, 25-21.

Providence's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Flintridge Sacred Heart, they pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Providence will host International School of Los Angeles at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Flintridge Sacred Heart, they will be playing at home against La Canada at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
