If Brennan was feeling good fresh off their 70-49 takedown of Warren last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Brennan Bears fell 60-50 to the Sotomayor WILDCATS on Wednesday. The Bears' defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.
Several Bears players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Bella Flemings, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Alayna Perez, who posted 11 points and eight boards.
