Baseball Recap: Lake George Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Lake George had lost four games straight , but after bumping their record up to 6-7 on Wednesday that streak is in the rearview. They were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the Bolton Central Eagles. The Lakers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

As for Bolton Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered since April 1st.

For Bolton Central's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sullivan Eager, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI. Jace Hubert was another, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Coming up, Lake George will be playing at home against Hartford Central at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bolton Central, they will head out on the road to face off against Wells at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Wells CSD at the right time seeing as the Wells CSD are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
