Eastmoor Academy lost to Beechcroft back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Eastmoor Academy Warriors had just enough and edged the Beechcroft Cougars out 61-59.

Eastmoor Academy found their leader in sophomore Dekar Moultry, who went 6-for-10 en route to 18 points.

Eastmoor Academy is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.6 points over those games. As for Beechcroft, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.

Looking ahead, Eastmoor Academy will square off against Marion-Franklin at 1:00 p.m. on February 22nd. As for Beechcroft, they will take on Centennial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
