Softball Recap: Waubonsie Valley Warriors vs. Yorkville Foxes
Waubonsie Valley was the 10-8 winner over Yorkville when they last played one another back in May of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Waubonsie Valley Warriors lost 16-1 to the Yorkville Foxes on Thursday.
Waubonsie Valley saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gia Cobert, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.
Waubonsie Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 16-18. As for Yorkville, they now have a winning record of 18-17.
