After a string of five wins, Millington's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They took a 58-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Genesee Wolves.

Averie Zinn was her usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double with 41 points and nine steals for Genesee. Zinn's big performance that evening made it 41 games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points. Autumn Simpson was another key player, putting up six points and 12 rebounds.

Millington's loss dropped their record down to 9-17. As for Genesee, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-8.

Millington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. We've got a battle between Wolves coming up. Genesee is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.4 points per game this season.
