Northpoint Christian waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the First Assembly Christian Crusaders with a sharp 15-4 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-0 on Monday.

Northpoint Christian's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for First Assembly Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-11-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northpoint Christian will take on Brookland at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for First Assembly Christian, they will challenge Millington Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Crusaders are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
