Basketball Recap: Crossroads Christian Starts Season with Loss at Home

Crossroads Christian unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 37-19 to The Grove School Ravens. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Ravens apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.

When it comes to explaining why Crossroads Christian lost, don't look at Aryanna Ahlrich. Despite the final result, she posted ten points and five rebounds.

Crossroads Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 59-7 defeat against Packinghouse Christian Academy on the 10th. As for The Grove School, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 42-8 victory against Norton Science & Language Academy on the 6th.
