Volleyball Recap: Lake Travis Takes a Loss

Lake Travis lost against McKinney North on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cavaliers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs.

Gentry Barker paced Lake Travis' offense, picking up seven kills. Barker got some help from Adyson Davis and her ten assists. Finally, Davis was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Lake Travis' defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for McKinney North, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Travis will challenge Johnson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for McKinney North, they will face off against Centennial at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
