Parkwood has gone 7-0 against Anson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Parkwood Wolf Pack will host the Anson Bearcats at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Friday, Parkwood was able to grind out a solid victory over West Stanly, taking the game 55-47.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Anson challenged Central Academy on Friday. Anson simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Central Academy 91-41. The Bearcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 22 points or more this season.

Parkwood better keep an eye on Jayden Little. He was instrumental in Anson's win, going 19 for 31 on his way to 53 points in addition to six boards and six steals. That makes it six consecutive games in which Little has scored at least a third of Anson's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Amari Ingram, who posted ten points and five rebounds.

Anson is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.8 points per game. As for Parkwood, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-11.

Parkwood strolled past Anson in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 by a score of 79-65. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Little, who went 13 of 19 on his way to 33 points in addition to six boards and four steals. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will Parkwood still be able to contain Little? There's only one way to find out.
