Basketball Game Preview: Stark County Rebels vs. Biggsville West Central Heat

Stark County and Biggsville West Central are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2018, but not for long. The Stark County Rebels will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Biggsville West Central Heat at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Stark County is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell to Wethersfield 67-61. The defeat was just more heartbreak for the Rebels, who fell 51-49 when the teams last met back in January of 2024.

Meanwhile, Biggsville West Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 49-43 heartbreaker at the hands of Monmouth United.

Biggsville West Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Stark County, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Stark County against Biggsville West Central in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 60-28 victory.
