Volleyball Recap: Hobgood Charter Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Hobgood Charter was the 3-2 winner over Jones when they last played one another last Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. While the Raiders didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Trojans 25-15 in the first set.

Hobgood Charter started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 15-25, 21-25, 25-16, 25-21, 15-5.

Hobgood Charter's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Jones, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hobgood Charter will challenge Northside - Pinetown at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jones, they will take on Hobbton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
