Soccer Recap: West Vigo Comes Up Short

West Vigo's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Seven Oaks Classical Firehawks by a score of 1-0.

West Vigo's loss dropped their record down to 2-9-1. As for Seven Oaks Classical, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Vigo will venture away from home to square off against Southmont at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. West Vigo are facing Southmont at the right time seeing as Southmont are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Seven Oaks Classical, they will square off against White River Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
