Plattsburgh's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They came out on top against the AuSable Valley Patriots by a score of 28-18. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Hornets as it put an end to their eight-game losing streak.

Plattsburgh's victory bumped their record up to 2-12. As for AuSable Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7-1 record this season.
