Basketball Recap: Hot Springs Takes a Loss

Hot Springs was the 35-24 winner over Newell when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hot Springs Bison fell to the Newell Irrigators 50-44. The Bison have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hot Springs' loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Newell, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Hot Springs has already played their next game (against Douglas), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Newell will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against New Underwood at 7:00 p.m. on January 28th.
