Basketball Game Preview: Dumont Huskies vs. Ridgefield Park Scarlets

The Dumont Huskies will square off against the Ridgefield Park Scarlets at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Dumont didn't have too much trouble with Fort Lee as they won 53-38. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Huskies.

Meanwhile, Ridgefield Park earned a 54-46 victory over Cliffside Park on Tuesday.

Dumont's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-8. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points per game. As for Ridgefield Park, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Dumont came up short against Ridgefield Park in their previous matchup back in January, falling 54-46. Can Dumont avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
