Basketball Recap: Ringwood Comes Up Short

Ringwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 82-43 loss at the hands of the Lomega Raiders. While losing is never fun, the Red Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 455th, while the Raiders are ranked 127th).

Ringwood's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Lomega, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Ringwood wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 44-36 loss against Cherokee on the 24th. As for Lomega, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 55-39 victory against Kremlin-Hillsdale on the 24th.
