Basketball Game Preview: Rawlins Outlaws vs. Wheatland Bulldogs

The Rawlins Outlaws just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Wheatland Bulldogs at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Friday, Rawlins was able to grind out a solid victory over Burns, taking the game 59-48.

Meanwhile, Wheatland didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Torrington on Thursday, but they still walked away with a 56-52 win.

Rawlins' victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-9. As for Wheatland, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-9.

Rawlins ended up a good deal behind Wheatland when the teams last played back in March of 2024, losing 52-37. Can Rawlins avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
