Volleyball Recap: Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda Has No Trouble Against Edgerton

Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda won the last time they faced Edgerton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Coyotes put the hurt on the Flying Dutchmen with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Coyotes not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 2nd (when they won 3-0).

Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda never let Edgerton on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-22, 25-19.

Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-7. As for Edgerton, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda will head out to take on Jackson County Central at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Edgerton, after both having extra time off, they and Mountain Lake/Comfrey will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
