Volleyball Recap: Howell Central Comes Up Short

Howell Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rock Bridge Bruins.

Howell Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Rock Bridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Howell Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Jefferson City on the 13th. As for Rock Bridge, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against St. Dominic on the 13th.
