Volleyball Recap: Dubuque Senior's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

With a playoff win on the line, Dubuque Senior rose to the challenge on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bettendorf Bulldogs. The win was familiar territory for the Rams, who have now won four contests in a row.

Dubuque Senior never let Bettendorf on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-14, 25-19.

Dubuque Senior's victory bumped their record up to 17-11. As for Bettendorf, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-14 record this season.

Dubuque Senior will face off against Pleasant Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bettendorf does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
