Volleyball Recap: West Campus Takes a Loss

West Campus was the 3-2 winner over River City when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors fell 2-0 to the Raiders on Saturday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Ke'Ala Ayin paced West Campus' offense, picking up six kills. Ayin got some help from Chloe Chan and her nine assists. Finally, Chan was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

West Campus' defeat dropped their record down to 17-4. As for River City, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-4.

West Campus has already played their next match (against Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for River City, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against San Marin on the 20th.
