Basketball Recap: St. John-Vianney Comes Up Short

St. John-Vianney was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 59-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Howell Rebels. The Lancers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rebels apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.

St. John-Vianney's record is now 2-7. As for Howell, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

St. John-Vianney has already played their next game, a 59-49 victory against Pioneer Academy on the 13th. Howell has also already played their next contest (against Point Pleasant Boro), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
