Volleyball Recap: Trinity Christian Takes a Loss

Trinity Christian had lost seven straight at home dating back to last season, but on Monday they dropped down to 0-2 to make it eight. They lost 3-0 to the Freedom Christian Academy Patriots. If the Crusaders were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Patriots when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Freedom Christian Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2. They not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 24, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

KK Swinson was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had seven aces. Those seven aces gave her a new career-high.

Trinity Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Berean Baptist Academy on the 26th. As for Freedom Christian Academy, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Fayetteville Academy on the 26th.
