Baseball Recap: Proctor Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Proctor had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Syracuse Cougars on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Raiders.

The team relied heavily on DANIEL DEPAUL, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was KEYTHER CARRASCO, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

Proctor pushed their record up to 13-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Syracuse, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

As of now, neither Proctor nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
