Volleyball Recap: Hayden Wins Going Away Against De Beque + How To Watch

Hayden not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since September 13th (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the De Beque Dragons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

While Hayden won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19, 25-22.

Ella Harris paced Hayden's offense, picking up nine kills. Harris got some help from Chase Howard and her 15 assists. Harris also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Tia Kern, each putting up three.

Hayden's record is now 6-15. As for De Beque, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-19.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Hayden and West Grand will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for De Beque, they will be playing at home against Caprock Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
