Basketball Recap: Arlington Snags Tenth Victory in Last 13 Games

Arlington won the last time they faced Jackson and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Arlington Eagles secured a 51-45 W over the Jackson Timberwolves. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 30th, while the Timberwolves are ranked 106th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Arlington is also on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.1 points per game. As for Jackson, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-7.

Arlington will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Anacortes at 7:15 p.m. Arlington is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Jackson, they will square off against Glacier Peak at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
