Baseball Recap: New Hampton School Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for New Hampton School, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with an 11-8 win over the Holderness Bulls on Monday. This was a revenge game for the Huskies: when they faced off against the Bulls back in April, they had to take a 9-3 loss.

Dylan Fanale was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and one stolen base. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (two). Griffin Taylor was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with three RBI and two runs.

New Hampton School's victory bumped their record up to 5-8-1. As for Holderness, they dropped their record down to 3-7 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

As of now, neither New Hampton School nor the Bulls have any future games scheduled.
