Basketball Game Preview: Worthington Trojans vs. Spirit Lake Indians

The Worthington Trojans will challenge the Spirit Lake Indians at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Worthington is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Worthington took a blow against Waseca, falling 82-55. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 260th, while the Bluejays are ranked ninth).

Meanwhile, Spirit Lake didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Cherokee Washington on Friday, but they still walked away with a 68-64 victory.

Worthington's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Spirit Lake, their win bumped their record up to 11-3.
