Volleyball Recap: Righetti Comes Up Short

Righetti was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Mission College Prep Royals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Royals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 two weeks ago.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-10, 25-15.

Righetti's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Mission College Prep, the victory was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-2.

Looking ahead, Righetti will head out on the road to face off against Orcutt Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mission College Prep, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Cabrillo at 5:30 p.m.
