On Saturday JJ Hall tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. The effort marked the fewest earned runs Hall has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with less than two walks. For the season, he has an ERA of 1.37 over 15.3 innings pitched.

Looking ahead, Hall and Myrtle will head out to face off against Strayhorn at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
