 The Delavan-Darien Comets scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a  70-48 margin over Heritage Christian. With Delavan-Darien ahead  46-20 at the half, the  matchup was all but over already.
 Heritage Christian's  defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of  Morgan Bluhm, who  scored 15 points along with seven  steals, and  Lyndsay Laakso who  scored 16 points. The  game was  Bluhm's fifth in a row with at least ten points.  Amanda Pike was another key contributor,  scoring nine points along with five  assists.
 The  victory  makes it two in a row for Delavan-Darien and  bumps their season record up to 2-5. As for Heritage Christian, they have  been struggling recently, as they've  lost three of their last four games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Delavan-Darien will  take on Shoreland Lutheran at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. Shoreland Lutheran presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Delavan-Darien in Wisconsin (Shoreland Lutheran is ranked 124th, while Delavan-Darien is ranked 393rd). As for Heritage Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Francis at 7:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. St. Francis will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
