Madison came out on top against Christian  on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run seventh inning. The Warhawks walked away with  a   7-2  win over the Patriots. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  2-1  on Monday.
 Jorge Luque was a  major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in seven consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with two  RBI. That's the most  RBI  he has posted since back in April.
 In other pitching news, Madison got a great performance from  Colin Gallagher as he  struck out eight batters over  six innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   six  hits.
 Back at the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Jack O'Toole, who  went 1-for-3 with one  home run and one  stolen base.  Landis Nguyen was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with one  run and one  RBI.
The  victory made it two in a row for Madison and  bumps their season record up to 21-6. The  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3  runs in those games. As for Christian,  they are  on  an  eight-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 12-14.
The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Madison beat the Patriots by a score of  8-2 on Thursday.
