The Flathead Braves/Bravettes's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They suffered a rough 77-54 loss at the hands of Gallatin. Even though they lost, Flathead's still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 51 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Several Braves/Bravettes players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lyric Ersland, who scored ten points along with three steals and three blocks. The match was Ersland's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Brodee Zahn, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and three steals.

Flathead's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Gallatin, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Flathead won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Bozeman at 1:00 p.m. on December 16th. Gallatin will be home for the holidays to greet Helena at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
