The Brazos Christian Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Central Texas Christian Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Brazos Christian will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
On Friday, Brazos Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over Sacred Heart, taking the game 14-6. Those 14 points were actually the fewest the Eagles have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Meanwhile, while Central Texas Christian put up plenty of points last Friday, the same can't be said for Rosehill Christian. The Lions simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Eagles 49-0. Considering the Lions have won five games by more than 39 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Brazos Christian better keep an eye on Austin Evans. He was instrumental in Central Texas Christian's win, rushing for 246 yards and three TDs while picking up 15.4 yards per carry. Evans didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made six total tackles. Princeton Schneider was another key player, rushing for 63 yards and one score.

Brazos Christian strolled past Central Texas Christian in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a score of 29-12. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
