Volleyball Preview: Orangefield Bobcats vs. Hardin Hornets
Orangefield has been on the road for two straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. After both having extra time off, they and the Hardin Hornets will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 4:30 p.m.
Last Friday, Orangefield didn't have quite enough to beat Buna and fell 3-2.
Orangefield started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 18-25, 25-23, 26-24, 15-8.
Meanwhile, Hardin got the win against Kirbyville on Friday by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.
Orangefield's loss dropped their record down to 20-11. As for Hardin, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.
